Cooked ham mousse
Ingredients
For 6 people - 500 g cooked ham - 8 portions of soft cheese spread - 2 cucumbers - Salt and pepper q.s.
Process
Blend the ham in the mixer, stir in the cheese after crushing it with a fork, add salt and pepper.
Wet a mould, pour in the mixture and put it in the fridge for at least a couple of hours.
When serving, turn out the mousse on a serving plate and garnish it with the sliced cucumbers.
