Ham Croquettes
Ingredients

200 g cooked ham - 100 g ricotta cheese - Parsley q.s. - Sesame seeds q.s.

Process

Wash and dry a handful of parsley leaves.
Put the ham and ricotta in a blender.

Blend for a few minutes until the mixture becomes soft and thick; roll the mixture into balls of the size of a cherry.

Put some sesame seeds on a plate and roll the balls in them.
Delicately, place the balls on a plate and garnish with parsley leaves.
