Radicchio salad with Parma ham
Ingredients

For 4 people - 350 g Treviso radicchio - 8 slices of Parma ham - 5 cl extra virgin olive oil - 1.5 cl white wine vinegar

Process

Clean and cut the radicchio leaving some of the root.

Spread it out in a baking dish and sprinkle with the oil and vinegar, bake in a hot oven for 5 minutes.

Spread the slices of Parma ham out on separate plates, place the radicchio on top and bake in a hot oven for a few minutes, until the ham becomes slightly crispy.

Serve hot.
