Coppa Rolls
Ingredients
For 4 people - 8 slices of coppa - 80 g soft cheese - 1 tablespoon of flavoured mustard - Chopped parsley q.s. - Extra virgin olive oil q.s. - 1 knob of butter
Process
Dice the cheese, then put a few cubes on each slice of coppa, after spreading some mustard onto it, then add the chopped parsley.
Roll them up and arrange them in the shape of a crown on a serving plate slightly greased with butter.
Cook in the microwave for 1 minute, leave to rest for another minute and serve.
