Smoked Maccheroncini
Ingredients
For 4 people - 150 g speck - 20 cl fresh cream - 400 g maccheroncini - 1 knob of butter - Grated parmesan q.s.
Process
While the pasta is cooking, chop the speck in a blender, then put it in a pan with the butter.
After a few minutes, add the cream, cook for a few minutes, then drain the pasta al dente.
Add the sauce, sprinkle with parmesan and serve.
